Job Summary:

As part of our 2027 Graduate Programme, you will embark on a 24-month structured learning and development journey designed to accelerate your career.

Responsibilities:

• Work on real business projects that deliver meaningful impact

• Develop technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities through structured learning and mentorship

Requirements:

• Possess a BEng or BSc degree in one of the following disciplines: Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
• Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or
• Psychology from an accredited university
• Be a recent graduate.
• Have completed NYSC camp within the past three (3) months or be expected to complete NYSC camp within the next six (6) months in 2026
• Be legally authorized to work in Nigeria
• Be willing and able to be based in Lagos, Nigeria, for the duration of the programme
• Be available to commence the programme in February 2027
• Be committed to completing the 24-month Graduate Programme
