Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily field sales, direct customer engagement, and product distribution across assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Drive market penetration, identify new business opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure optimal product visibility and brand availability at all retail touchpoints.
• Deliver continuous feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to the regional sales team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Age Limit: Must be under 40 years old.
• Driving Capability: Must know how to drive manual/automatic sales vehicles and possess a valid National Driver’s License along with all necessary driving permits.
• Experience: 2–4 years of proven field sales or direct execution experience, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and route-mapping skills. High level of energy, resilience, and personal drive.
• Language/Location: Strong familiarity with the local market dynamics in Maiduguri or Kaduna (fluency in Hausa is an added advantage).
