Successful candidates are advised to confirm their status, await further instructions via their registered email/SMS, and complete all required portal updates and medical certificate uploads within the stipulated timeline.

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has released the final list of successful candidates in the 2024/2025 Recruitment Exercise for the rank of Customs Assistant (CAI, CA II and CA III).
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHOULD:
- Visit www.customs.gov.ng to confirm their status.
- Await further instructions through their registered email addresses and/or SMS notifications.
- Note that the portal for the upload of Medical Certificates of Fitness will be activated on Tuesday, 4 August 2026.
- Complete the upload process within one (1) week from the date of portal activation.
- Log on to update.customs.gov.ng using their NIN or registered email address to upload a valid Medical Certificate of Fitness obtained from a government-recognised hospital.
- Update their current State of Residence on the portal.
- Accept the Provisional Offer of Appointment by clicking the “Accept Offer” button.
- Await the issuance of their Trainee Identification Number (TIN), which will be communicated within one (1) week.
- Await further announcements regarding Documentation and Physical Screening, including dates, venues and requirements.
Important Notice
Failure to comply with any of the outlined requirements and timelines may result in disqualification from the recruitment process and forfeiture of the provisional offer of appointment.
