We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title:Field Sales Supervisor
Location: Abuja FCT
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise field sales reps to hit daily/weekly targets.
- Sales Targets: Drive monthly revenue goals and close key accounts alongside reps.
- Business Development: Identify new distributors, retail outlets, and build client relationships.
- Reporting: Track daily sales activities and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Brand Visibility: Ensure product visibility, pricing, and promo execution at all outlets.
- Debt Recovery: Support and monitor timely debt collection from customers.
- Market Intel: Report on competitor activities and market trends to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in field sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Industry: FMCG, telecom, or consumer goods experience is a plus.
- Education: HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and team coaching abilities.
- Local Knowledge: Good understanding of Abuja market and trade channels.
Salary: #300,000/month
