Reports To: Deputy Sales Head (Functional) / Deputy Business Head (Administrative)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in the baking or flour industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and expanding relationships with existing clients within the B2B and B2C space.

Requirements

• Education: HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience:
  • 3–5 years in business development or sales
  • Mandatory experience in flour, baking, or food ingredient industry
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently

What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

• Experience working with bakeries, flour mills, or food manufacturing companies
• Strong industry network within the baking/food sector
• Willingness to travel and be mobile across regions.

Salary
N150,000 – N164,000 per month.
