Job Title: LGA Supervisor
States: Adamawa, Abia, Ananmbra, Ekiti, FCT, Gombe, Kwara, Lagos, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun

Description:

Sydani seeks qualified candidates to serve as LGA Supervisors, responsible for coordinating and overseeing community-led mobilization activities within assigned LGAs. The role involves supervising field staff, ensuring quality implementation of campaign activities, providing timely reports and feedback, and actively participating in review meetings before, during, and after campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum of NCE, ND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Prior experience in immunization, health campaigns, or community mobilization
Residency in the LGA of interest (or nearby ward/community)
Strong coordination, leadership, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
