VIRTUAL-FULL-TIME
Education & Experience
Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years in counselling. advising, or student affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Student counselling and advising
- Disciplinary & grievance management
- Community service coordination
- Supervising student ambassadors
- Supporting special needs students
- Communication with students & administration
Required Skills
- Excellent communication & conflict resolution
- Confidentiality & professionalism
- Familiar with academic policies & support services
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Telegram, WhatsApp
