Our client is seeking exceptional recent graduates (0 – 4 years’ experience) to join the organization as Analysts or Management Trainees. This role serves as a feeder position into key departments such as Strategy, Finance, Technology/Innovation, Credit, Risk, Legal, Procurement, Human Resources, MD’s Office, Administration, Business Development, and Fundraising. The program is designed to provide hands-on experience, training, and exposure to various facets of the organization, preparing you for a rewarding career in management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Participate in a rotational training program across multiple departments to develop a
comprehensive understanding of the organization.
✓ Assist in research, analysis, and execution of projects across strategic business units.
✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and achieve
organizational goals.
✓ Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
✓ Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
✓ Exhibit leadership potential by leading initiatives or contributing to team objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
✓ Less than 4 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
✓ A first-class or second-class upper degree from a recognized university.
✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
✓ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
✓ A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and
development.
