Job Summary
The Head of Procurement is responsible for leading and managing the hotel’s procurement and supply chain operations to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality sourcing of goods and services. This role ensures alignment with the hotel’s luxury standards, sustainability goals, and budgetary requirements. The ideal candidate brings strategic vision, strong supplier relationships, and meticulous attention to quality, all while upholding the elegance and exclusivity of the brand.

Qualification
> Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
> Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
›> Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing vendor relationships.
›> Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
›> Excellent knowledge of procurement best practices, cost control, and inventory management.
