Job Description
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer/Visual Illustrator to join our team.
- This role involves crafting engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and effectively communicates our message to our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Create Engaging Designs: Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and product interfaces.
- Illustration: Develop custom illustrations and visual assets that reflect our brand identity.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual style and tone.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Improve Design Quality: Continuously seek ways to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- Adapt to Feedback: Take constructive feedback and make necessary design adjustments promptly.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design and illustration skills.
- Basic understanding of design principles (colour theory, typography, layout, etc.).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity.
Preferred Skills:
- Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
- Experience in designing for digital platforms (social media, websites, mobile apps).
- Familiarity with the edtech industry is an advantage.
Salary
N1,200,000 – N1,800,000 annually.
