This is an exciting opportunity to drive data excellence and support impactful health interventions in Kano. As the Data/M&E Lead, you will oversee real-time data systems, coordinate field teams, and provide insights that shape decision-making and program success across drug distribution and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accurate and timely data collection, validation, and reporting.
Supervise real-time data entry and digital monitoring using tools like CommCare.
Analyze and visualize data through dashboards to guide campaign progress.
Support advocacy efforts with data-driven insights and performance tracking.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks and coordinate field reporting teams.
Ensure ethical data handling and safety protocol compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in data management or health program implementation.
Proficiency in tools like CommCare, DHIS2, or similar platforms.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Experience working with government and donor organizations.
Ability to manage large-scale, data-driven health programs.
