Trump’s height and weight are 75 inches and 224 pounds, respectively. Scans of several body systems—including the eyes, ears, neck, throat, and heart—came back normal.

As you age, it’s normal to get shorter but the results of Donald Trump’s annual health check suggests he’s defying medical odds as the 78-year-old president has remained standing at 6ft 3″ for years and even grown an inch since 2016.
Nearly 80% of people will shrink by an inch or two as they age, according to University Hospitals. Between the ages of 30 and 70, most men lose around an inch of height and the shrinkage usually becomes noticeable at around 40, when people begin to lose about half an inch of height per decade, the renowned academic medical center and community hospital network says.
Beyond the age of 80, men and women could lose another inch. However, the US president has apparently defied these odds. According to the first annual physical of his second term, which Trump underwent on Friday, he stands at a staggering 6 feet and 3 inches and weighs 224 pounds.

That puts him at exactly the same height he was listed as during a physical examination nearly a decade ago. In September 2016, a letter from Trump’s personal physician said he was in “excellent physical health,” despite his then-236-pound weight and 6’3″ height putting him at the high end of what is considered overweight and just shy of obese.
Not only is Trump not getting shorter, but he’s actually grown an inch, according to a copy of his New York driver’s license obtained by Politico in 2016. The license listed Trump as 6ft 2″.
The 2016 health report also came just a year after Trump’s former doctor, Harold Bornstein, put out a statement declaring that Trump had undergone a medical exam that showed “only positive results”. The doctor didn’t detail Trump’s height and weight in the 2015 letter but said that “his physical strength and stamina are extraordinary,” adding: “If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.”

But in 2018, Dr Bornstein confessed to CNN that Trump “dictated the whole letter”. He said: “I didn’t write that letter. I just made it up as I went along.” Now, Trump’s latest health report has also raised doubts.
As Trump’s height remains listed as 6ft 3″, images of the president standing next to people he’s supposedly taller than have resurfaced as social media users speculate that he may actually be shorter.
The US president has been spending a substantial amount of time with his so-called “First Buddy” Elon Musk since returning to office. The tech billionaire is reported to be around 6ft 2″ but images of him and Trump standing next to each other show Musk towering over the president.

Vice President JD Vance is also reportedly 6ft 2″, but again social media users have pointed to images in which he appears taller than Trump. Sharing a picture of the trio standing next to each other, one X user wrote: “Elon Musk and JD Vance are both 6 feet 2. Trump is shorter than them both. Your eyes aren’t lying to you. So, dirty republican, why can’t he just be honest to you about his height?”
Another questioned: “If Trump is 6’3”, why is he shorter than Elon Musk who is 6’2”???!” A third wrote: “He is literally visibly shorter than JD Vance and JD Vance is 6’2. Trump is not 6’3. It just does not add up.”

Pictures of Trump next to Vance and Musk aren’t the only images that have raised doubts about his height. The president was also accused of lying about his height in December when a social media video of him meeting Prince William in Paris went viral.
Prince William, who is 6ft 3″, was obviously taller than him in the clip. Sharing an image of the pair standing next to each other, another doubtful X user wrote: “Trump’s medical report released over the weekend was a hilarious read. Nearly every item is doubtful for his age, from the BP, weight, even the temperature was the perfect 98.6F. What took the icing is the claim that he’s 6’3″. Compare with Trump next to Prince William (6’3″)”
Former president Barack Obama is also 6ft 1″, but appears slightly taller than Trump in some images. One X user noted: “His height of 6 ft 3 is also a clear 2 inches taller than Obama, but for some reason I can’t find any side by side photos of those two where trump doesn’t look shorter than Obama…”
