 Job Title: Sales Manager (Paper Packaging)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for a paper packaging business.
• The ideal candidate must have strong experience in traditional (open) market sales, distribution channel development, and customer acquisition, preferably within the packaging or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new markets and expand sales through open markets, wholesalers and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
• Drive sales of paper packaging products and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and manage sales representatives where applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in traditional/open market sales is mandatory.
• Experience in paper or plastic food packaging sales is highly preferred.
• Strong network of distributors, wholesalers and open-market traders.
• Mid-level to senior-level sales experience, preferably in packaging, FMCG or related industries.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, business development and relationship management skills.
• Highly target-driven, commercially minded and able to work independently.
