The KGL Foundation is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2026/2027 Scholarship Programme.
The KGL Foundation Scholarship Programme provides financial support to deserving Ghanaian students pursuing tertiary and technical/vocational (formal an informal) education at accredited institutions in Ghana.
The scholarship covers tuition fees and a stipend to help students overcome financial barriers and focus on achieving their academic and career aspirations.
Eligibility & Application Requirements
To apply, you must:
1. Be a Ghanaian citizen
2. Submit a personal statement of not more than 800 words detailing why you are applying, why you should be selected, and how the scholarship will impact you, your community, and Ghana
3. Provide an updated CV
4. Submit academic transcripts or results
5. Provide an admission letter from an accredited Ghanaian institution, or proof of enrolment for continuing students
6. Submit a financial bill from your institution’s finance office stating tuition for the semester. For students enrolling for their first year of academic students, a letter of admission with tuition fees clearly stated on it would suffice.
