Our client is a management consulting and business advisory firm providing top-tier advisory and technical services to philanthropic foundations, international organisations, donors, governments, and non-profits, on strategy, policy, program implementation, with expertise spanning key development and public health areas such as Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs).
The PA will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of program activities by supporting communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Abuja FCT
Industry: Consulting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 4-6 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Experience supporting programmes within public health, development, or NGO sectors is an advantage
- Proven experience in conducting research and preparing professional reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and summaries for programme and executive use
- Support coordination with government agencies, NGOs, and implementing partners
- Arrange and manage local and international travel (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- Manage both professional and limited personal scheduling where necessary
Salary: N450,000 Monthly Net
