Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, safety and optimal performance of production equipment within a manufacturing environment. The role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment faults, and working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical and/or mechanical equipment in line with approved schedules and work orders.

2. Diagnose equipment faults, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

3. Ensure all equipment within the assigned area operates safely and in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

4. Accurately document maintenance activities, prepare shift reports, and support delivery of area KPIs.

5. Participate in shift handovers, technical meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Support and coach operators on basic equipment care and safe operating practices.

Qualification and Experience 

HND or BSc in Engineering. Additionally, applicants should have 1–3 years of experience in related fields and be familiar with basic engineering concepts and tools.
